We are still a start up, but, far better than any start up I've seen or been a part of

Nothing really. When feedback has been given to improve culture; a plan was set in order to help facilitate that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They hire not just based on talent but also on cultural fit. The work place is not one that has been infantilized. They hire dedicated talented individuals and treat you as such
What did you like most about the interview process?
They wanted to get to know you as a person as much as your ability to fulfill the job description. They understand there are people out there that do GREAT work...they also want you to be a great person too.
What makes you most happy at work?
Thats a toss up. Between the individuals, the mission and service we provide, and the possibilities for what we are doing. This whole experience is what I hope for EVERYONE in the work place. Support, cohesiveness, hard work, and a great time doing it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fully transparent and very open to ideas and process changes from all levels. The leadership walk the walk. They value everyone that is a part of this great team and show in a way I've never seen. The culture here is like nothing that exist.
