The interview process was very thorough and attempted to break through the biases of who might be a 'good interviewer' and focus on work experience and cultural fit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive mission of the company that drives everyone on the team keeps everyone going. It's great to have an overarching goal that we can all get behind even on slower days.
