everything needds to change culture the approach and training needs to change its very bad environment to work for I would advise anyone who has options to go somewhere else

change the entire culture its trash and very rude hostile and even unwelcoming a lot of liars and lies and no straight answers so I definitely would never come back
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
learning how to stop talking they gave me headaches everyday I was greeted with hostility every morning but talking to much is the biggest
