It is disheartening to see no or little females in leadership roles outside of the US it is all male and within the US it is all white males and that is the hiring basis as well. The company is doing better in training but has much to go in compensation and inclusivity.

Immediate team works well although everyone is located across the US
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401 k is lacking and and the bonus structure could use improvement. Medical is decent the rest leaves much to be desired
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The immediate executives over my area our great not impressed with any that sit in the texas office. They are the typical mentality that has plagued the industry and makes people leave a company
