The immediate executives over my area our great not impressed with any that sit in the texas office. They are the typical mentality that has plagued the industry and makes people leave a company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401 k matching needs to improve, medical benefits could be better we are getting less costing more, a stronger career path
401 k is lacking and and the bonus structure could use improvement. Medical is decent the rest leaves much to be desired
No raises or bonuses in 5 years

Some good friendly people to work with
the personnel on my immediate team are amazing. they answer the bell and are always giving their best.

The company needs to hire more experienced techs but they are too cheap
