Just the staff. Thats all. Because they folloq the rules of blow. Respect. But not the bosses clearly

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They make us waste a day comming in for a practical then make us come back for free and waste another day being taught ridiculous ways to do hair from the least experienced hairdressers. We have to nod and pretend what they are teaching us is new information

They were fine. It was mamagement that was a complete waste
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was alot of expectations for cwey little money. I have back problems for $15 an hour. Word of advice. We put in the effort depending on how we get paid. You wont have so much of a turnover if you treated staff woth reapect
