Mr. Jeffrey W. Smith, also known as Jeff, has been a Vice President of Sales at Blonder Tongue Laboratories Inc. since May 2011. Mr. Smith served as a Vice President of North American Sales at Blonder Tongue Laboratories Inc. from October 2007 to May 2011, as its National Director of Sales from December 2006 to October 2007 and as its Director of South Central Regional Sales from January 2006 to December 2006. Mr. Nezam Nikoo, Nez has been a Chief Technical Officer and Vice President-Engineering at Blonder Tongue Laboratories Inc. since May 2013 and served as its Vice President of Digital Technologies. Mr. Nikoo served at Blonder Tongue Laboratories Inc. as the Chief Digital Engineer from July, 2000 until February, 2009 and as its Senior Design Engineer from 1995 until 2008. Mr. Nikoo leads the research and development of Blonder Tongue's expanding digital product offering, including technologies for emerging markets. He has provided Blonder Tongue's digital vision and has been the driving force in developing digital products such as QAM modulators and QPSK/QAM transcoders, as well as transition products such as the agile ATSC/QAM demodulator and the Digital to Analog Processor. He has over 20 years of product and technology experience, 14 of which he has spent with Blonder Tongue. He joined Blonder Tongue in 1995 as a Senior Design Engineer and served as Chief Digital Engineer since 2000. He served as a Lead Electrical Design Engineer for Lockheed Martin Corporation integrating Space Shuttle payload experiments. Mr. Nikoo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston.

Nez Nikoo serves as the VP of Product Management/Director Systems Engineering and Technical Support of Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc.. Nez started at Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. in July of 2018. Nez is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.

Ron Alterio serves as the VP Engineering , CTO of Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc.. Ron started at Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. in July of 2018. Ron is currently based in the West Palm Beach, Florida Area.
