What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say equity but the tough macro market has taken most of that benefit away short term. Nevertheless I feel that my overall compensation is very competitive and fairly values my contributions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They push hard for excellence, but I've also been surprisingly supported in ways that I have very much appreciated. They invest in people which is reflected in the number and quality of internal transitions.
