I love to listen in when our client care team talks to clients. They are very knowledgeable and build rapport with clients while helping them with their questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very honest and transparent about the direction of the company. I don't just feel like I work for a company, I feel like part of the family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of our teams encourage their team members to succeed. There is a healthy level of competition, but we are all on board with the idea that if our team is successful and the company is successful, then the individual team member is successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that my day is never slow. I never know what is going to come my way each day and I thrive in this fast-paced environment. From front line team members to our President, all ideas are listened to and taken seriously. I know my voice is heard.
