My co-workers are great to work with here. It is a collaborative environment and there is even much camaraderie among the sales team, very unusual for this to occur within a company. These are quality people who truly care about their work and other colleagues.

While we have a cool events and a culture committee that drives lots of fun activities, it's a performance culture.

This does not appear to be an issue. BoldLeads expects you to work hard when you are "on the clock," but because it is a family owned and operated business, they strongly believe that the employee needs to have a enriched outside life away from the company.

I have never had paid vacation with a sales position. BoldLeads has paid vacation for their sales crew!
Excellent for the size of the company. 10 days PTO to start, along with 7 paid holidays.

Everything is growing fast. Hardest part is finding people who can grow with us.
The sales machines has been hard to keep up with! Scott Perkins, our previous VP of sales created an unbelievable growth machine. Over the last year, us in operations have been trying to play catch up.
Our client base and new features are growing the fastest. Reaching all of our clients to provide the training and tools they need has been a challenge.
