The growth rate here has been phenomenal and I feel very positive an optimistic about the future of the company!

It happens fairly frequently in which an employee shows interest in transferring or trying something new and the management team is very encouraging to hire in-house talent if possible.

Extremely challenged, there is no time to be bored.

Layoffs do not occur. We have converted from primarily a remote company to having a centralized office in Arizona. Some employees who were offered positions within the AZ office have chosen not to relocate. But there have not been layoffs.
How rewarding is your job at BoldLeads?
Extremely rewarding! I am able to make a very significant and positive impact with the work that I do here.

Quite good, with at least 40% women-filled positions, along with certain minorities being represented as well.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining BoldLeads?
Coming from a slower environment, I had to adjust to the fast pace of of a small and upcoming company.

Quite good! This is an upbeat, dynamic company with a very positive environment. When you walk into the office, it is clear this company is doing well with happy employees who are very invested seeing the growth occur at the company.

Small, open areas for billing & support with separate offices for some of the management staff.

Very positive and open communication with the leadership.
What's the vibe like in the HR dept at BoldLeads? How many hours are you working?
I am a full-time employee with HR and we have a part-time assistant and recruiter. The vibe is upbeat, very positive and this is a department where employees feel comfortable and empowered to come to for any issues. This is whether it's positive reason or there are specific challenges in which they need guidance.
