I love the work I do but I am sometimes frustrated by upper management. They tend to pile on when someone is talented but they don't compensate equivalent to the pile on. They also never address festering issues with bad employees until it blows up and then they go into damage control mode.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are friendly and usually willing to give a helping hand.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are making an effort to offer employees a good work-life balance

We work independently most of the time but when necessary we come together and get things done correctly and timely.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not long and drawn out. I interviewed once by phone and once in person where I met several people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are other managers in the division who are not doing their jobs but they make more because they have a higher title. People should be promoted/paid based on work not connections.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work with all most everyone in our division at some point and I am a people person so I love it. Plus each person's situation is different so I am never bored.
