Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not valued by current manager My annual review is currently 48 weeks (almost a year) overdue
They treat employees as if they are illiterate just because they dont speak the english language or cannot read or write well. They brush them off and use terms like "them" or "those people". 15.00 is not enough for the work we do or the treatment we recieve.

There are other managers in the division who are not doing their jobs but they make more because they have a higher title. People should be promoted/paid based on work not connections.

Management does not foster professional development. Health insurance is expensive. Salaries are lower than comparable area hospitals

i work with three amazing doctors. one of which who goes extermley above and beyond for patient care
