Ms. Sheri Lofgren has been Chief Financial Officer at Boxlight Corporation since September 18, 2014 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Lofgren has been Chief Financial Officer of Genesis Collaboration LLC since July 2013. She serves as a Strategic Business Partner to the Chief Executive Officer. She serves as Chief Financial & Operations Officer at Logical Choice Technologies, Inc. She has proven results in management, financial and operational leadership. She has extensive experience in financial accounting, budgeting, cost control, cash management and treasury, along with broad audit experience, internal control knowledge and internal and external reporting. Prior to Genesis, she served for KPMG as a Senior Accountant, Tarica & Whittemore as an Audit Manager and served as Chief Financial Officer for an education technology company. She served as Chief Financial Officer at Logical Choice Technologies, Inc. from 2006 to 2013 and also served as Vice President of Finance. Ms. Lofgren joined Logical Choice Technologies in October, 2005 to focus on the financial and accounting areas. She oversees the financial planning, financial statement preparation, reporting and treasury functions. She has 12 years of public accounting experience, first with KPMG Main Hurdman and with Tarica & Whittemore. She also has extensive contract work in the industry. Ms. Lofgren is Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia. Ms. Lofgren graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting.

Mr. Michael Ross Pope, CPA, has been President of Boxlight Corporation since July 15, 2015. Mr. Pope has been a Managing Director of Vert Capital Corporation since October 2011. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer at poolworks (Germany) Ltd. Mr. Pope served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Fringe Media, LLC from May 2008 to December 2011 and as the Managing Partner of Pope Taylor PLLC from August 2009 to December 2012. Mr. Pope also held positions at Omniture and Grant Thornton. He serves as the Director of poolworks (Germany) Ltd. He has been a Director of Boxlight Corporation since September 18, 2014. He serves on the Boards of various organizations including TuneWiki, Viximo, Tomorrow Media and Logical Choice Corporation. He served as an Independent Director of DS Healthcare Group, Inc. from April 29, 2015 to March 31, 2016. He has expertise in areas of accounting, finance, treasury management, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, SEC reporting, business strategy and operations. Mr. Pope holds an active C.P.A. license. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor and Master's degree in Accounting.

Mr. Henry F. Nance, also known as Hank, has been the President of BOXLIGHT, Inc., a subsidiary of Boxlight Corporation since 2009. Mr. Nance has been the Chief Operating Officer of Boxlight Corporation since September 18, 2014 and served as its President since September 18, 2014 until July 15, 2015. Mr. Nance joined Boxlight in 1999. Shortly thereafter he took over product development, corporate relations and negotiations for business-to-consumer and business-to-business products. Prior to Mr. Nance's tenure at Boxlight, he managed commercial and residential construction working in the San Juan Islands in Washington State and Northern California.

Daniel Leis serves as the Vice President Of Global Services of Boxlight Inc. Daniel started at Boxlight Inc in September of 2018. Daniel currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona Area.

Stevan Vigneaux serves as the Vice President of Product of Boxlight Inc. Stevan started at Boxlight Inc in February of 2017. Stevan currently resides in Greater Boston Area.

Takesha Brown serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Boxlight Inc. Takesha started at Boxlight Inc in March of 2018. Takesha currently resides in Greater Atlanta Area.

Sunshine Nance serves as the VP Global Marketing & Communications of Boxlight Inc. Sunshine currently resides in the Greater Atlanta Area.
