The leadership team could do much better if they would communicate with the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because when work isn't available, the company will leave its employees hanging, caring not that we have bills to pay and mouths to feed. I would feel better about my compensation if I were paid during long involuntary breaks between work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are actually pretty great. They are pleasant and amicable.
