Mr. Gerard H. Sweeney has been the Chief Executive Officer at Brandywine Realty Trust since August 8, 1994 and its President since 1994 and Trustee since February 9, 1994. Prior to August 1994, Mr. Sweeney served as a Vice President at LCOR, Incorporated from 1983 to 1994. He was employed by the Linpro Company from 1983 to 1994 and served in several capacities, including Financial Vice President and General Partner. During this time, Mr. Sweeney was responsible for the development, marketing, management, construction and financial oversight of a diversified portfolio consisting of urban high-rise, mid-rise, flex, warehouse and distribution facilities and retail and apartment complexes. He is also a Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Bonomo Turkish Taffy LLC. Mr. Sweeney is a Member of the Real Estate Roundtable, Chairman of the Schuylkill River Development Corporation and WHYY and co-chair of the World Class Greater Philadelphia initiative. He serves as a Board Member of the Independence Seaport Museum. Mr. Sweeney has been a Director of U S Realtel Inc. since January 2000, Cypress Communications since February 2002 and Cypress Communications Holding Co. Inc. since January 2000. He serves as a Director of Thomas Jefferson University. Mr. Sweeney serves as a Member of the Board of Governors of NAIOP, Inc., Urban Land Institute and National Association Of Real Estate Investment Trusts Inc. He holds a BS degree in Economics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. William D. Redd, also known as Bill, has been an Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director of Austin and Metro DC at Brandywine Realty Trust. He has responsibility for development, investments, leasing and marketing, and asset management. He was previously the Senior Managing Director of Richmond and Austin since 2008. He joined Brandywine in 1999 as Vice President of our Richmond operations and Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Richmond and Austin since 2008. Mr. Redd joined Richmond and Austin in 1999. Prior to this, he was a Partner from 1988 until 1999 at Childress Klein Properties. Previously, from 1985 until 1988, Mr. Redd was employed at the Trammell Crow Company. He serves on the Board of Directors and is President for the Legal Information Network for Cancer. Mr. Redd serves on the Board of Directors of the Hill Country Conservancy, Opportunity Austin Economic Development Corporation Board, the ULI Advisory Board, and is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). Mr. Redd has served on the Board of Directors of the Children's Museum of Richmond and as Board President for both the Richmond Real Estate Group and Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate. He is also a member of the Virginia Commonwealth University Real Estate Circle of Excellence, Richmond Real Estate Group, Real Estate Council of Austin and ULI. Mr. Redd holds Virginia Law and Real Estate licenses. He holds a Law degree from the University of Virginia and a B.A. degree from Hampden-Sydney College.

Mr. George D. Johnstone has been an Executive Vice President of Operations at Brandywine Realty Trust since March 12, 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Operations and Asset Management from September 20, 2006 to March 12, 2014. Mr. Johnstone joined Brandywine Realty Trust in November 1998 and works in conjunction with its regional managing directors in running operations. Prior to being Senior Vice President of Operations and Asset Management, he served as a Vice President of Operations - Pennsylvania Region at Brandywine Realty Trust from 2004 to 2005, New Jersey Region from 2002 to 2004 and Director of Operations - New Jersey Region from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Johnstone was the Regional Controller at Linpro/LCOR Inc., where he was responsible for strategic and tactical accounting processes and oversight and leadership of all accounting functions for that company. Mr. Johnstone earned his B.S. in accounting from Albright College.

Mr. H. Jeffrey DeVuono, also known as Jeff, serves as an Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director of Pennsylvania at Brandywine Realty Trust since July 2008. Prior to joining Brandywine Realty Trust in January 1997, Mr. DeVuono worked for LCOR, Inc., where he held a variety of positions, all of which related to asset management. Prior to joining LCOR, he was a sales and leasing representative for Cushman & Wakefield of Philadelphia. Mr. DeVuono serves on the Board and is a former Chairman of King of Prussia District and is a Board Member of the Center City District. He is also a member of CoreNet, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Sunday Breakfast Club and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center. Previously, Mr. DeVuono served on the Board of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, University City District, Bartram's Garden and The Center for Emerging Visual Artists. He is a graduate of LaSalle University.

Mr. Thomas E. Wirth, also known as Tom, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Brandywine Realty Trust since March 10, 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer from November 24, 2014 to January 15, 2015. Previously, Mr. Wirth served as an Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management and Investments at Brandywine Realty Trust since December 7, 2009. Prior to that, he served at Feldman Mall Properties, Inc. as the President from October 26, 2007 to December 7, 2009, Chief Executive Officer and as the Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2009 and has also served as its Director since December 7, 2009, Principal Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President from March 2005 to October 27, 2007 and Secretary since November 2006. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Wirth served first as the Vice President of Finance and later as Chief Financial Officer at SL Green Realty Corporation. He has also served as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Analysis at United Waste System, Inc., and spent ten years with Ernst & Young LLP in various positions, including Senior Manager. Mr. Wirth is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a B.A. in Business Management and Accounting from Gettysburg College.

Ms. Jennifer Matthews-Rice has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Brandywine Realty Trust since March 2017 and serves as its Secretary. Ms. Matthews-Rice served as General Counsel at Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc. She served as Vice President of Legal of Brandywine Realty Trust. She joined Brandywine Realty Trust in 2012. Ms. Matthews-Rice earned B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College and JD from Temple University School of Law.

Mr. George D. Sowa serves as a Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director of New Jersey/Delaware region at Brandywine Realty Trust. He joined Brandywine Realty Trust on April 13, 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sowa was employed by Keating Development Company from 1997 to 1998, as a development manager. He was also employed by Linpro/LCOR, Incorporated as Director of Development/Operations from 1989 to 1997. Mr. Sowa serves on the National Board of NAIOP as well as the President and Board member of the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP. He is also a member of NAREIT and is on the board of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey and the Evergreens. Mr. Sowa holds a real estate broker's license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and earned a B.S. from Cornell University.

Mr. Michael J. Cooper, also known as Mike, has been Senior Vice President at Brandywine Realty Trust since September 20, 2006 and its Senior Managing Director of Metro DC since October 2012. Mr. Cooper joined Brandywine Realty Trust in 1996 and is responsible for managing the operations of the Metro DC Region of the Company. He has served in capacities relating to development, investments, leasing and asset management. He previously held positions as Regional Director of BetaWest, Inc., and as a development manager for both the Mason Hirst Companies and Lee Sammis Associates. Mr. Cooper began his career in San Francisco where he worked for the Chevron Corporation as a project manager. He serves on the Board and Executive Committee of Northern Virginia NAIOP, the Board of the Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance, the Steering Committee of the American Cancer Society's National Capital Golf Classic (former Chair), and various planning, zoning and tax district advisory boards relating to the expansion of the D.C. Metrorail system. Mr. Cooper has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Princeton University.

Mr. Paul J. Commito has been a Senior Vice President of Development at Brandywine Realty Trust since March, 2017. Previously, Mr. Commito served as a Vice President of Development at Brandywine Realty Trust until March, 2017. He joined Brandywine Realty Trust in 2012. Mr. Commito is an Officer and the incoming Chair of the Philadelphia District Council of the Urban Land Institute. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Commito served as the Chief Operating Officer at ACS Development Corporation, Inc., where he had complete operating responsibility for commercial and residential portfolio. He also served as Senior Vice President of AMC Delancey Group, Inc., and Assistant Vice President and Director of Acquisitions & Development for the Urban Division at Toll Brothers, Inc., where he was responsible for several of the company's largest urban master-planned communities, including Naval Square in Philadelphia, PA and Maxwell Place in Hoboken, NJ. He assists in an advisory role with Habitat for Humanity. He has experience in the real estate development and construction industry. Mr. Commito holds an MBA from Western New England University, graduated magna cum laude from Boston College and is a graduate of the Governor Dummer Academy.

Mr. Daniel Palazzo, also known as Dan, CPA has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Brandywine Realty Trust since January 15, 2015. Mr. Palazzo served as the Vice President of Asset Management - Pennsylvania Region at Brandywine Realty Trust since 2006 until 2014. He served as the Director of Operations - New Jersey Portfolio at Brandywine Realty Trust since 2004 until 2006 and served as its Corporate Controller since 1999. Prior to joining Brandywine Realty Trust, Mr. Palazzo worked for Arthur Andersen in their commercial audit division specializing in the real estate, construction and financial services industries. He is a CPA and earned his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
