What can this brand most improve?

Disorganized shipping department: they often push cartons off on our freight forwarders without documentation or prior notice when the forwarders are there for other pickup. No one follows up on requests for missing shipments or paperwork- their attitude is they'll find it when they feel like it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When you just ask for a small reasonable raise and you do multiple shifts with multiple departments and still denied and treated unfairly.
