So far I can't complain, I like going to work and don't feel stressed.
I've been here 5 years and I've been able to grow within the company and still have time to continue.
I was traumatized by the actions of my last RVP. She made me hate leadership and avoid it moving forward. My staff were immature, vindictive and downright mean. They lied to each other and lied to my mgr about my actions. The ONLY benefit of this role was the friendships that I made.
They continue to mess up our orders. Never again will we buy from them
We all get along and help each other.
