The manager always yells at me, which bothers me. She treats us worse than a dog. I am undergoing therapy for a nail concussion and with doctors and appointments, and it bothers her that I ask for a day to be able to attend. He yelled at me that I was irresponsible and that I couldn't even get sick.

Amazing best company I ever worked for

I was traumatized by the actions of my last RVP. She made me hate leadership and avoid it moving forward. My staff were immature, vindictive and downright mean. They lied to each other and lied to my mgr about my actions. The ONLY benefit of this role was the friendships that I made.

I've been here 5 years and I've been able to grow within the company and still have time to continue.

I like the store and what it does, but because of that boss, I no longer want to go. All the employees are afraid that she will fire them, and she treats them all badly. All my coworker are nice

We all get along and agree on the same things. We're a small team so it's more personal.

I work closely with a small team and I enjoy it.

They need be a quality person and be honest!

There is no teamwork, it was "every man for himself". As some stores are unionized, there was no way to effectively reprimand bad behavior. Unless there is a way to get ride of "bad apples", there is no way to improve camaraderie.

My particular environment is positive however I have worked within negative environments.
