I could not dream of a better job. I love the work I do and I love the people I do it with. I am always empowered and challenged to put out good work, and am credited/rewarded when I do so. The pace is quick, but it keeps me motivated. 100% recommend this company to anyone.

I make a competitive rate and also have the opportunity to be awarded a 10% annual bonus (which is very attainable).

I got to speak to 3 different people and different levels of seniority. It gave me a chance to make an impression at every level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am given all the tools I need to succeed and more. Our company thrives on positive affirmation rather than punishment, and it works really well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The connection and comfort I have with my team. It makes it really easy to talk about difficult or vulnerable subjects and reach well thought out decisions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very open with each other and have a lot of empathy for each other. My team feels like i'm just hanging with my friends all day, but we still get a lot of work done.
