What is the best part about your compensation package?

I make a competitive rate and also have the opportunity to be awarded a 10% annual bonus (which is very attainable).

After the 100% paid medical/dental/vision, my favorite benefit is our employee assistance program. That phone number can help you out with a million different things! Legal questions? Personal life issues? Need help finding a primary care physician? It's an incredible resource.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation does not feel equal to my seniority and experience, and it probably $50k under market.

No equity compensation and severely biased in comp packages. The company is largely run like a sorority house and individuals whom have experience are not considered or taken seriously. (In meetings, people physically snap their fingers at a good idea or accomplishment. Also done I'm sorority)

We are all very open with each other and have a lot of empathy for each other. My team feels like i'm just hanging with my friends all day, but we still get a lot of work done.

I am given all the tools I need to succeed and more. Our company thrives on positive affirmation rather than punishment, and it works really well.

I got to speak to 3 different people and different levels of seniority. It gave me a chance to make an impression at every level.
