What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all on the same page, and unfortunately we have to be when you can never do anything correctly.

Nothing, it was an interview process. Par for the course.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are not transparent with their plans. Unfortunately that becomes a problem when they are constantly asking their employees to tow the line and be patient while they don't do anything to improve the position of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been promised pay increases for going on two years now, and despite additional work responsibilities being added, I've not been compensated, or even thanked, for picking up the slack that the decision makers have created.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency, pay, group activities....overall moral improvement and sense of common goal.
