What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being family oriented. BBE is a place where we treat each other as family members; productive enough to provide the needs of our respective families while maintaining a good work-life balance to spend quality time with family members.
What makes you most happy at work?
Aside from having great people to interact with, my work makes me feel productive and keeps me challenged at a level that induces growth not only as an employee but also as a person. It keeps me informed of global trends particularly about online retail & consumerism.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Aside from having a clear vision of what they what for BBE to be, and a good strategy of how to achieve our goals, the leadership team treats everyone as a family member and looks after the overall welfare of each person, not just how productive they can be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it. I started with nothing a competitive basic pay and internet allowance, with that alone I couldn't ask for more. Then they added health coverage and maternity/paternity benefit! How blessed could I be? Compared to other remote work setup in PH, we are getting way better compensation.
