I feel like the company really helped me and pushed me to succeed. I came into this job with very little knowledge and they put all the things into place so that I could be the best that I could be. I have had ups and downs personally because I think I expect a lot of myself.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
That the relationship that I have with them seems to be very personal. That they do know who I am and what I want to achieve as a person and as a BGS.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like sometimes when requests go in to upper management, they seem to get a little lost and unless you constantly are a bug in the ear, you don't get adequate responses.
