Working at BBE has overall been a great experience. There have been periods when it was very difficult, and when I had to do work I didn't find particularly fulfilling. But as an experience overall, it's been a rewarding and valuable use of my time.

I like the independence everyone has. Each person (at least in the GS department) has a piece of the business they're responsible for growing.

The leadership team seems genuinely committed to improving BBE as a whole. They also put forth effort to help each individual improve on a personal level.
