Overall it has been extremely positive, especially my team, however there are a few growing pains and processes that need to be ironed out and worked through that are preventing or hindering effective account launches/handovers/management overall. Deliverables and Foundations process specifically.

Our personalities are very similar in many aspects and it makes conversation very engaging and truly fosters a team environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, I just need to continue working towards getting into a higher tier and taking on more responsibility (as I am fully capable of doing so).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How helpful and supportive everyone is with regards to questions or stepping in to lend a hand. People are very willing to lend support or advice or even dedicate their own time to help you out directly.
What makes you most happy at work?
Positive and constructive interactions among team members, noticing personal growth due, being able to work independently and be confided in to do so, working remotely, having a team to rely on for any help or questions, having a full workload and completing it in a methodical fashion
