It used to be good, but the culture has gone down hill massively in the last 2 years. Short termism is rife, and we've lost sight of why we do what we do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The attitude of the regional executive team.

Tight knit group that works well together to get results.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am aware that many others in similar or 'lower' roles than I are paid significantly more.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading; the updates to corporate strategy have been lacklustre in the past few year. We're not truly innovating anymore.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Short term focus, financial goals only. Need to get back to focusing on 'why we do what we do'.
