Extreme focus on customer satisfaction, even with the long-term product strategy impact
The team has been in there position for many years and depends on there relationship with long serving employees.
The focus on delivery and profit.
Transparent, open, presentations are happening regularly and keep us informed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lead and stand by their team members.
Full reatructure to meet the size of the company with more experts in running a business, running a sales organization, running operations.
Leading; the updates to corporate strategy have been lacklustre in the past few year. We're not truly innovating anymore.

Our team collaborates as a total functional unit. No one person stands out, but all of us together are experts for the whole team. We share information freely. We share challenges openly. We brainstorm viable solutions. We encourage each others. Each day is a great day. This is for real! Great Team!

Learn to accept change and new people into work force.

Working with my team is the best part of work here. The positive environment and encouraging culture overcomes that one or two sour employees that interject their negativity.

The speed is exciting, the engagement of the team incl. the leadership, the customer-centric approach

Care and consideration, the basic fundamentals of a workplace.
Start listening to those who have been around without trying to change everything in a vacuum without the benefit of lessons learned.

The interview was schedule for a complete hour.
The inverviewer had a very human approach and shared insightful information on what I should expect, which helped me evaluate if it would be a good work environment for me to thrive in.
