Extreme focus on customer satisfaction, even with the long-term product strategy impact
The team has been in there position for many years and depends on there relationship with long serving employees.

Lead and stand by their team members.
Full reatructure to meet the size of the company with more experts in running a business, running a sales organization, running operations.
Leading; the updates to corporate strategy have been lacklustre in the past few year. We're not truly innovating anymore.

The managers are human and understand that employees have personal lives

Care and consideration, the basic fundamentals of a workplace.
Start listening to those who have been around without trying to change everything in a vacuum without the benefit of lessons learned.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was schedule for a complete hour.
The inverviewer had a very human approach and shared insightful information on what I should expect, which helped me evaluate if it would be a good work environment for me to thrive in.
