What does the leadership team need to get better at?
very toxic workplace, leadership and management is terrible, very top down, basically a mom and pop shop run by a few white friends and cohorts in the name of reinventing the future of live tv, you need to drink the kool aid and bow down to the white gangs to survive.

low base, no bonus, no raises
