What makes you most happy at work?
Coming up with a cool/unique/thoughtful solution to a problem, and receiving feedback from my peers or my management that the work I've been doing is good, and those coworkers sharing in the excitement for the solution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and availability. They're honest and open about what's going on in the company, and they encourage people to speak up in group or private settings. If you want a 1:1 with a C-Level executive, you can have it that week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CTO being so excited about the hard problems that we face and have to (get to) solve. The work we do is hard and it's important to get it right, but that doesn't mean we need to stress about it. Instead we focus on the positives: challenging problems that we get to feel good about solving.
