What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is clear about its goals and the top of mind projects. Our CEO, Matt Bivons ensures everyone is aligned by sending out a Top of Mind email every Sunday to prep us for the week ahead.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While we move fast, it's also encouraged to invest in yourself. Some of the perks that have really impressed me in my first week are the mental health, wellness, and snack allowances which offset what's traditionally been my out-of-pocket expenses. It makes a real impact on quality of life.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel heard and that my perspective truly matters in growing the brand. This is something you don't always get in a large corporation. I enjoy being in a position to help Canopy gain share of voice and market share in the world of lending products and loan management solutions.
