Mr. Evangelos G. Bairactaris has been a Secretary of Capital Product Partners L.P. since January 2007. Mr. Bairactaris has been a Partner at G.E.Bairactaris & Partners since 2000 and has been its managing partner since 2003. Mr. Bairactaris serves as a Greek attorney at law and a member of the Piraeus Bar Association. He has regularly provided his professional services to predecessor companies and many Greek and international shipping companies and banks. He has been a Director of Capital Product Partners L.P. since March 13, 2007. Mr. Bairactaris holds a Degree in Law from the Law School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece.

Mr. Gerasimos Ventouris has been Chief Operating Officer of Capital GP LLC at Capital Product Partners L.P. since June 30, 2015. Mr. Ventouris has been Chief Commercial Officer of Capital Maritime & Trading Corp. since March 2005. Mr. Ventouris started his career with Union Commercial Steamship, which was one of the most prominent ship management companies in Piraeus, Greece at the time and ascended to the position of Operations and Chartering Manager and obtained considerable experience in all aspects of the management of various types of vessels. He then joined his family shipping business, which he led until 2000, oversees the operations of a large fleet of bulk carriers, container general cargo and product tankers vessels, as well as the construction and sale and purchase of new vessels. Prior to being appointed as Capital Maritime & Trading Corp., Chief Commercial Officer and since joining Capital Maritime & Trading Corp., in September 2003, Mr. Ventouris has served in a similar position. Having a strong f?mily background in shipping, Mr. Ventouris has been involved in the shipping industry in various capacities for over 40 years. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Ventouris was General Manager of Aegean Shipping, the ship management arm of the Aegean Group. Prior to joining Aegean Shipping, Mr. Ventouris led Sougerka Maritime Co. Ltd., where he was involved in the purchase and sale of numerous vessels of various types and sizes. Mr. Ventouris holds a B.S. degree in Economic Sciences from Athens University Law School.
