I enjoyed meeting a variety of team members and members on other teams so that I could get a full picture of who i'd be interacting with and working alongside daily.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I do wish we had matching 401Ks as a salaried employee along with things like an annual bonus. I do feel extremely valued in our sense of daily work, being able to take care of me and still show up to do my best!
