Working at Career Group has truly changed my life. The teams here are truly inspiring and our executive team is so supportive.

I love working at a women-owned firm and it's great to feel supported by all of the women I work with.

This has been one of my favorite places to work, everyone is very respectful, fair and we all want each other to succeed.

I have been working at Career Group Companies for almost 4 years, and in that time I've found my hard work was always rewarded. My managers trust me and challenge me, and my role has changed multiple times because my managers were invested in my workplace happiness, and wanted me to find my fit.

I couldn't imagine finding a long term home like I have found here- the people, executives and the work we get to do each day is unlike anywhere else I've worked. I love that I am allowed the freedom to work in my own style to create the most effective recruiting strategies.

Our executive leadership team operates with a "door wide open" philosophy, and quite literally. They are supportive of employee's professional goals and also of personal needs

I don't feel undervalued, but I do wish we had matching 401Ks as a salaried employee along with things like an annual bonus. I do feel extremely valued in our sense of daily work, being able to take care of me and still show up to do my best!
