What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People really listen to each other. If someone voices a concern, it is heard. Creativity and ambition are rewarded, and we have a culture of over-achievers who want to work hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is extremely involved in day-to-day operations and they are all very accessible. They really care about creating a fun workplace. I have never felt like anyone in the company was intimidating or unapproachable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet a lot of people in the company and ask about their experiences. I originally interviewed for one role but after meeting me they felt I was a better fit for another role. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and care throughout the journey!
