Nice coworkers, everyone bands together to complain about the owners, this is what makes us happy, and yet unproductive.

Everything Communication, being kind, stop yelling and bullying staff. Many current staff members feel this way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are only for "golden" staff members or family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Owners are out of their minds, no idea how to lead people. Full statement made that the most important thing right now is profits and work.....not employees.
