It makes me happy to work on new and challenging projects and to achieve my goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Communication is very open. We have weekly confabs where each person voices what went well or didn't go well during that week. It's a way to have an open channel of communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Family atmosphere and everyone is very friendly to one another. Tight knit crew.
