What do you like best about your company?
The people that work here, honestly everyone is so nice to each other it almost makes you sick to your stomach when someone leaves to go somewhere else, we are a very tight niche group of 1000.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job, i really enjoy what i do and having a team to back me up is even better. Not to mention i am sent for training when ever i require or request it, making education goals simple and realistic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The involvement by the employees and staff (CEO's/Managers/Supervisors). Personal problems are met at the door and addressed accordingly, everyone has issues at times and our company excels at helping each other overcome these issues, be it personal or work related. That support is a blessing.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Employee evaluations would be welcomed in our department, almost every other department has them but ours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to no employee evaluations in the department i am in, it is hard to retain a clear sense of achievements. If you don't know if you are under or over performing how can you ever maintain or get better?
