Mr. Richard A. Anderson, also known as Rick, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Catasys, Inc. since July 2008. Mr. Anderson has more than fifteen years of experience in business development, strategic planning and financial management. Mr. Anderson has been Chief Administrative Officer of Catasys, Inc. (alternate name Hythiam Inc) since April 2005. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Clearant Inc., from November 1999 to March 2005. Mr. Anderson served as a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Intellect Capital Group LLC and Chief Financial Officer of a privately held Biotechnology company from October 1999 to December 2001. He served as Senior Executive Vice President of Catasys Inc. From February to September 1999, Mr. Anderson was an Independent Financial Consultant. Since February 1999, Mr. Anderson served as a Vice President of Asher Investment Group, where he specialized in financial and capital strategy for emerging companies. Mr. Anderson's career has been concentrated in business development, strategic planning and financial management. He has more than a decade of experience in business development, strategic planning and financial management. He was also involved in operational and financial due diligence, valuations and transaction structuring at PricewaterhouseCoopers, primarily for companies in the high technology and media industries. Mr. Anderson has been a Director of Catasys, Inc. since July 2003. Mr. Anderson served as a Director of Clearant Inc., from 2005 to March 6, 2006. He served as a Director of Brightcube Inc., from October 2000 to October 2002. From August 1991 to February 1999, Mr. Anderson served as a Director and founding member of the Transaction Support Group for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles. He holds a B.A. in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Christopher L. Shirley has been Chief Financial Officer at Catasys, Inc. since May 16, 2017. Mr. Shirley has extensive experience with vital roles spanning GE Healthcare and GE Digital. He joined Catasys with approximately 20 years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles at healthcare technology and big data companies. As Chief Financial Officer of GE Intelligent Platforms, he led the finance function during a period of rapid expansion. Following the 2016 merger of GE Intelligent Platforms into a newly formed GE Digital unit, Mr. Shirley led the integration effort, ensuring that the business continued to perform and deliver on its growth commitments. Prior to GE Digital, Mr. Shirley was the Financial Integration Leader for GE Healthcare, where he led the financial integration and delivery of deal model expectations following its acquisition of API Healthcare.

Ms. Susan E. Etzel, CPA, has been the Senior Vice President of Finance at Catasys, Inc. (alternate name Hythiam Inc) since May 16, 2017. Ms. Etzel served as the Chief Financial Officer of Catasys, Inc. since July 1, 2011 until May 16, 2017. Ms. Etzel served as Chief Accounting Officer of Clearant Inc. since December 9, 2008 and had been its Controller since July 2005. From September 2004 to July 2005, she served as Manager of Financial Reporting for Digital Insight, Inc. From May 2000 to September 2004, she served as Assistant Controller of Knowledge Universe, Inc. From 1999 to 2000, Ms. Etzel served as a Financial Analyst of Paramount Pictures in TV Finance group. From 1996 to 1999, she practiced public accounting with Arthur Andersen. She is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
