Charities Fort Worth is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1910 with the mission to meet the needs of children, families, elderly, refugees, and immigrants in the diocese of Fort Worth, regardless of creed, race, ethnicity, or culture. In 2018, Catholic Charities Fort Worth served over 100,000 individuals and families in need, using more than 90 cents out of every dollar donated to directly provide services through over 40 programs. hard-working supportive team managed by horrible managers

i dont remember nothing positive other than flex working hours

look at employees! managers treat people realy bad, favoritism, quid pro quo and falsifying documents to show great numbers to the leadership board members
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
talk to employees who have problems at work and change abusive managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
you work 4 years same job and when the hire new person they pay them $2 higher rate than your rate
