Mr. Saagar Govil serves as Chief Executive Officer at Griffin Filters, LLC. Mr. Govil has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Cemtrex Inc., since December 19, 2011 and its Chairman since June 10, 2014. He has been with the Cemtrex since July 2008 and served as General Manager of operations until December 19, 2011. He served as Secretary of Cemtrex Inc. He served as a Vice President of Cemtrex Inc. until December 19, 2011. He serves as a Director of Cemtrex Inc. Mr. Govil holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Stony Brooke University, N.Y.

Mr. Arun K. Govil serves as the Managing Director at Ducon Infratechnolgies Limited. Mr. Govil serves as the President at Ducon Environmental Systems Inc. Mr. Govil has been the President of Ducon Technologies Inc. since 1996. He serves as an Executive Director of Cemtrex Inc. He worked at various management and technical positions in the environmental industry. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State and New Jersey. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of Cemtrex Inc. until December 19, 2011 and President from December 2004 to December 19, 2011. He has been Chairman of the Board at Ducon Infratechnolgies Limited. since October 29, 2015 and as its Director since September 29, 2015. Mr. Govil served as the Chairman of Cemtrex Inc. until June 10, 2014. Mr. Govil holds a B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering and a M.B.A. in Finance.

Mr. Renato Dela Rama has been Vice President of Finance at Cemtrex, Inc. since December 2004 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Rama has been the Controller of Ducon Technologies Inc. since 2004. He served as Secretary of Cemtrex IncPrior to that, he worked in various accounting and financial management positions. He served as a Director of Cemtrex Inc. until April 23, 2015. Mr. Rama holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting.

Mr. Ravi G. Narayan serves as a Vice President of MIP Division at Cemtrex Inc. Mr. Narayan served as the General Manager of MIP Division at Cemtrex Inc., since 2002. Mr. Narayan Co-Founded NextPoint Networks Inc. (formerly, NexTone Communications Inc.). in February 1998 and served as its Chief Operating Officer until June 1, 2006. Mr. Narayan worked with IBM Global Services as a Project Manager and was responsible for managing infrastructure reviews, architecting internet, intranet, extranet and e-Business applications at IBM Global Systems. Mr. Narayan was Program Manager and Senior Product Engineer for Hughes Network Systems (HNS). As program manager for HNS, he was responsible for technical training, beta testing, trade show expositions, telemarketing, technical support and network deployment activities for the LAN/WAN and satellite divisions of HNS. While at American Systems International, Mr. Narayan was responsible for marketing and managing the operations of this start-up consulting firm. Mr. Narayan began his career developing software packages for MGA, a transportation engineering firm. He served as a Director of Cemtrex Inc. from June 2009 to April 23, 2015. Mr. Narayan earned his Bachelors in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai, India and has a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Information Technology from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California.

William Juseck serves as the Vice President of Business Development of Cemtrex Inc.. William started at Cemtrex Inc. in Nov of 2018. William currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
