They have no egos and are very open
What did you like most about the interview process?
My boss took the time to get to know me, my interview was two hours long, and when I turned down the salary they offered me we negotiated and came to an agreement. I also gave my previous employer a months notice which they respected and it ended up giving me brownie points.

I do not feel undervalued. But I do feel I am worth more to my company, and deserve an increased salary for all I do.
