Ms. Sharon Klugewicz has been the President of Americas Region at Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. since October 11, 2016 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from May 22, 2013 to October 11, 2016. Ms. Klugewicz served as an Acting Chief Executive Officer of Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. since May 30, 2017 until October 2, 2017. Ms. Klugewicz served as Vice President of Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Technical Operations at Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. since September 12, 2012. Ms. Klugewicz joined Chembio from Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL), a world leader in filtration, separation and purification technologies, where her role was Senior Vice President, Scientific & Laboratory Services (SLS). During her more than 20 years of experience since joining Pall as a molecular biologist, she held a number of positions in the Pall Life Sciences Division, in Marketing, Product Management and Field Technical Services, including Senior Vice President, Global Quality Operations. Ms. Klugewicz holds an M.S. in Biochemistry from Adelphi University and a B.S. in Neurobiology from Stony Brook University.

Mr. Javan Esfandiari serves as the Chief Science & Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. Mr. Esfandiari served as Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. since March 5, 2007. He served as Director of Research & Development at Chembio Diagnostics Inc. from 1993 to 199. He served as an Executive Vice President of Research & Development at Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. He co-founded and became a co-owner of Sinovus Biotech AB where he served as Director of Research and Development concerning lateral flow technology until Chembio Diagnostic Systems Inc. acquired Sinovus Biotech AB in 2000. From 1993 to 1997, he served as Director of Research and Development with On-Site Biotech/National Veterinary Institute, Uppsala, Sweden, which was working in collaboration with Sinovus Biotech AB on development of veterinary lateral flow technology. He has published articles in various veterinary journals and has co-authored articles on tuberculosis serology with Dr. Lyashchenko. Mr. Esfandiari received his B.Sc. in Clinical Chemistry and his M. Sc. in Molecular Biology from Lund University, Sweden.

Mr. Richard J. Larkin, also known as Rich has been the Chief Financial Officer of Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. since 2004 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Larkin oversees Chembio Diagnostics Inc.'s financial activities and information systems. Mr. Larkin served as Chief financial officer of Chembio Diagnostic Systems Inc. since September 2003. Prior to joining Chembio Diagnostic Systems Inc., Mr. Larkin served as Chief Financial Officer at Visual Technology Group from May 2000 to September 2003 and also led their consultancy program that provided hands-on expertise in all aspects of financial service, including the initial assessment of client financial reporting requirements within an Enterprise Resource Planning (Manufacturing) environment through training and implementation. Prior to joining VTG, Mr. Larkin served as Chief Financial Officer at Protex International Corporation from May 1987 to January 2000. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Dowling College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Christine Rousseau serves as the VP Corporate Development of Chembio Diagnostic Systems, Inc.. Christine started at Chembio Diagnostic Systems, Inc. in Jul of 2018. Christine currently resides in the Greater Seattle Area.
