We are honest and helpful to each other consistently.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very good benefits including 80% paid medical for employee or family plans and various health plan options plus some low cost voluntary benefits. 401K generous matching. Tuition reimbursement of 75% up to $5500 or so per year. Company card for relevant work expenses and or travel requirements

The couple bad apples in the C-suite would need to go elsewhere.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring for employees. Preserving jobs, promoting good performance, and spending less time focusing solely on the bottom line and promoting your friends. It's unbecoming for a not-for-profit.
