What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No clear vision, disconnected, poor selection of executives. Need to learn to retain employees, get proper training programs for resources to grow professionally. No enhancement has been made in last two years, the products do not stand for a competition at all. And need to learn to run a business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No gratuity or provident fund included in the salary. Provide health insurance but that too of a very less value.

Need to improve the process. The company should be able to take this responsibility to build a professional.
