The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) is a professional organization for chief information officers and other senior healthcare IT leaders. CHIME enables its members and business partners to collaborate; exchange ideas and technology; develop professionally; and advocate the effective use of information management to improve the health and healthcare in the communities they serve. CHIME is directed by an elected 16-member board composed of leading chief information officers (CIOs) and CHIME Foundation representatives.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had two interviews and the first one was much more relaxed. They even included an employee in the position that I was applying for! They didn't sugarcoat anything, they were very realistic, yet extremely welcoming!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They reward not only the top performers, but also those who exemplify our Core Values! With plaques and other gifts. They take the top performers on an awesome vacation every year!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're true teammates. We all rely on one other and are extremely respectful toward each other. We all learn from each other and grow together. Lots of encouragement and support!
