What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What was once a novel, premium product is now a cheap, non-differentiated piece of glass. Others caught and surpassed Clarus. The equipment is aging and I don't see how we survive as companies consolidate. Maybe someone will buy us and the execs will get their payout and leave.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
See previous comments. Complete culture overhaul and acknowledgement of why we've failed and who caused it.
