What I like and appreciate is the team work. We all work together to get things done, properly, timely, and accurately.

We help each other with any questions, we find solutions together, we share information about work and new ideas. We spend more time here with each other than home, we feel like a family.

We have respect for each other and our roles in the company. We have good communication skills.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The department I work for is very overworked, and under-staff, we have new clients every month, but no reps to handle the volume. We need more reps, we have been asking for help for a long time and we don't have the help we need. I just ask for more help, and a pay increase.
