I have worked for several companies throughout my career and Clopay is by far the best overall company I have worked for.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They were understanding and I could be open

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Clopay is not your ordinary job. I didn't even know what a clopay was before I started. Who knew I would still be here going strong after 4 years. This is def a career job with lasting memories of great people and leadership.

An unprofessional dictatorship steeped in mid century ideals and misogyny.

Communication and taking accountabilty for errors.
