What do you like best about the leadership team?
The mid level supervisors are great and very in tune. Upper management completely disconnected from workflow.
Clopay is not your ordinary job. I didn't even know what a clopay was before I started. Who knew I would still be here going strong after 4 years. This is def a career job with lasting memories of great people and leadership.

There is very little done to motivate poor performers, rather they are accommodated to reduce attrition. Immediate family members report to other family members. Nothing is done to incentivise more professional experienced workers to apply or to retain existing talent.
